Ham and Spinach Pizza (My Version)

I'm a HUGE pizza fanatic. Thin crust, deep dish, round, square - there's no denying the fact my life revolves around pizza hahaha! My favorite would be the All-Veggie Pizza and Hawaiian. Whenever I'm not in the mood to cook anything too elaborate, or to save a couple of bucks, I just make my own homemade pizza. Here is my take :) Good!

What you'll need:
Cast Iron Skillet
Frozen Instant Pizza Dough or Pizza Crust Mix
Slices of Ham ( Any ham you like!)
Tomato Sauce
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Olive Oil
Melted Butter
Basil and Oregano Seasoning
Silicone Brush
Rolling Pin
Cutting Board (I recommend wooden type)
Pizza Cutter

Just look at the cheese oozing out!

1. Rub butter on the inside of the skillet using the silicone brush. This will help the dough not to stick on the skillet as it cooks.
2. If you got the pizza crust mix, follow the instructions how to make the dough. For the frozen pizza dough, remove the dough from the package. Make sure you have clean hands before touch it!
3. On a clean cutting board, dust it with flour BEFORE letting the dough sit. It's going to prevent the dough from sticking on the cutting board. All so dust some on the dough :D
4. Bring out the rolling pin and roll out the dough flat at least good enough that it will fully cover the bottom of the skillet. Also use your hands to stretch out the dough. Once done, place it on the skillet.
5. Take a few tablespoons of tomato sauce and put in on the middle of the dough, then spread it all over until it's covered. Don't put too much, you don't want the pizza to be too soggy!
6. Add a handful of mozzarella cheese all over the pizza, then the slices of ham
7. Add another layer of cheese using this time cheddar. Finally, add the spinach Add more cheese if you like.
8. Sprinkle oregano and basil seasoning on top of your pizza.
9. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Then place the skillet on the lower rack of the oven.
10. Let it cook for 30-35 minutes. Check on it time to time. If you want to, you can butter the edges if you want that buttery, crisp taste - do it 10-15 mins before it fully cooks.
11. Take out the pizza cutter and cut up the pizza how you like it!

Enjoy! :)
